At Tabbed Inc. ("Company," "Tabbed," "we," "our," or "us"), we strive to provide the best possible experience with our services. While we do offer refunds in certain situations, it's important to understand that refunds are not guaranteed in all cases. This refund policy explains our procedures and conditions for refunds.



By using our services, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated in this Refund Policy. Please take a moment to review this information.



1. **REFUND ELIGIBILITY**



Tabbed offers refunds on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. We do not guarantee refunds in all situations. To be considered for a refund, you must contact us directly to initiate the refund process.



2. **REFUND EVALUATION PROCESS**



When a refund is requested, we conduct a thorough evaluation of the situation. This process includes:

   a) An internal review of the transaction and associated account activity

   b) An investigation with the restaurant involved in the transaction

   c) Consideration of any relevant factors or circumstances related to the refund request



Based on the results of this evaluation, we will determine whether a refund is appropriate.



3. **HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND**



To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via email at contact@tabbedinc.com. Please provide your account information, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant details that may help us process your request.



4. **REFUND PROCESS**



Once we receive your refund request, we will review it promptly and conduct our evaluation as described in Section 2. We may request additional information if necessary. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the transaction.



5. **REFUND TIMEFRAME**



The evaluation process and refund, if approved, typically take 5-7 business days. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.



6. **CHARGEBACKS**



If you have filed a chargeback with your payment provider, we are unable to process a refund until the chargeback is withdrawn. Chargebacks can negatively impact our ability to provide services and process refunds efficiently. If you have concerns about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.



7. **EXCEPTIONS**



Certain charges are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. These include:

- The service fee charged by the Tabbed app for using our services

- The tip amount designated for the server



Please note that these non-refundable charges will be deducted from any approved refund amount.



8. **CHANGES TO THIS POLICY**



We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. If we make changes to this policy, we will post the revised policy here and update the "last updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
